How often should I rinse out my sinus using a “Neti Pot” ?

I suffer with blocked sinus and have read a lot of articles recommending rinsing them using a “Neti Pot” however none of them say how often you should do this -is it daily ,twice a day, weekly ? Also any comments from anyone who has tried this ?

How do I properly clean a ceramic Neti Pot?

Doing it the same way I clean the dishes (by hand or in a dishwasher) just doesn’t seem….sterile…enough for something that I’m supposed to use to deposit saltwater deep inside of my face…..
