How long before I start seeing results using the Neti Pot?

Does it take some time before you start seeing complete results from the neti pot, or should I be feeling them right away? (If I’m suppose to feel them right away, should I see a doctor about any anatomical blockages?)

I just figured out how to use the neti pot correctly; however, when i did it water only came out of one side. when I got to the other nostril only droplets of water came out. so i figured its really clogged. anyways one side is still clogged??? and now i have facial pressure. anybody that has experience with a neti pot please share your thoughts. thanks
oh and by chance how long for results? is it immediately or do i have to wait for some time?
