How long before I start seeing results using the Neti Pot?

I just started using the Neti pot. I have used it twice now, and I still feel like one nostril is a bit plugged (it still alternates in 1 nostril being plugged).

Does it take some time before you start seeing complete results from the neti pot, or should I be feeling them right away? (If I’m suppose to feel them right away, should I see a doctor about any anatomical blockages?)

This morning when I blew my nose–this is pretty gross–a LOT of brownish fluid came pouring out. Is that normal???!
