From what I understand it is basically a teapot and you pour a solution up your nose and it comes out the other side of your nose and drains your sinuses.

A neti pot looks like a small watering can and is used to irrigate nasal passages and sinuses with warm salty water. It is apparently good for preventing and/or treating sinusitis, colds/flus, allergies etc. I suffer from sinusitis and many colds recently, so would like to give it a try. I have looked online and can’t seem to locate them in Western Australia, or the rest of Australia for that matter. Any info would be appreciated.
