I like to make beef in a crock pot.
I cut it up in to serving to bite size pieces.
Add a can of mushrooms and packet of Lipton Onion soup
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 stalks celery, diced
1 bay leaf
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Bell’s Poultry seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Minute Rice
Mix the cans of soup with the rice at the bottom of the Crockpot. You may substitute the type of soup you use in any combination (for example: 2 cans cream of chicken soup and one can celery soup).
Add the diced celery, onion, and garlic and stir. Submerge the chicken in the soup.
Turn heat to high for 10 minutes, then reduce to medium and cook for 4-5 hours. Or cook on high for 3-4 hours.
CROCKPOT TURKEY BREAST
turkey breast
1 packet of onion soup mix
1 can of cranberry sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle salt and pepper (to taste) and the packet of onion soup mix on the top and bottom of turkey breast.
Add cranberry sauce to top of turkey breast and cook in crockpot on low overnight (8 hours) or for three to four hours on high.

Place 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, a can of cream of mushroom soup, and a package of Lipton’s mushroom and onion soup mix in the crock pot. Cook on low for several hours until chicken is done and ready to fall apart. Add 1/4 - 1/3 cup sour cream and stir everything together. Cook for another 15 minutes. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, stuffing, or egg noodles. You wouldn’t believe how easy and delicious this is. You CAN’T screw it up. You can even use frozen chicken, just cook it a little longer. get an arm roast ,whatever size you need for your family,
1 pkg or 2 for real large roast ( zesty italian (dry) salad dressing mix
2 onions sliced
3 or 4 cloves of garlic crushed then roughly chopped
black pepper as desired and 1/2 tsp salt
enough water to bairly cover the meat
put in in the am on low should be done by 4 ish,roughly shredd the meat and remove fats return to crock pot…
provalone cheese ,and motzarella cheese,
oblong hard rolls
2 sliced onions
1 or 2 green bell peppers sliced
just before you eat saute the onion and green peppers
put the cheeses in the bread add the hot meat and add onions and green peppers drizzle with some of the broth from the crock pot yummmy
this is best served with a bit of veggies very filling

I have made this with groumd beef and it came out so good.
3-4 lb roast
1 cup water
2 pkg au jus seasoning
1pkg dry italian seaoning
Mix Phkg spices with water , pour over roast.
Cook on low 10-12 hrs.
Take out and cool meat, shred w/ forks.
Put on hogie rolls or french bread w/ a little sauce….
You can add , bell peppers, onions, mushrooms… Put cheese on the rolls…..
This is simple and YUMMY!!!

BBQ Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1 (4 pound) whole chicken
2 cups prepared barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS
Put chicken, legs up, into slow cooker. Pour sauce over and inside the chicken. Cover.
Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low setting. It is not a good idea to check it, as steam escapes and it takes quite awhile to reheat.
Slow cooker Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch strips
2 tablespoons bacon bits
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (1.25 ounce) envelope dry chicken gravy mix
1/2 cup red wine
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS
In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, bacon bits, tomatoes, mushrooms, gravy mix, wine, mustard, and vinegar. Mix together.
Cover slow cooker, and cook on Low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
Chicken & Rice Soup
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 pound boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
3 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
1/2 cup water
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
3/4 cup converted long-grain white rice
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons lemon and herb seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Combine celery, chicken pieces, chicken broth, water, mixed vegetables, rice, parsley and herb seasoning in a slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. If soup is too thick, add more water to dilute and allow 15 minutes of additional cooking time.
No Time Chicken
INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream
DIRECTIONS
Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and cream of celery soup until smooth Pour over the chicken, making sure it is well coated.
Cover, and cook on Low heat for 7 to 8 hours. Stir in the sour cream about 1/2 hour before serving.
Chuckwagon Stew
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds cubed beef stew meat
1/2 pound smoked sausage of your choice, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
3 potatoes, scrubbed and cubed
1 (28 ounce) can barbeque baked beans
DIRECTIONS
Place the beef stew meat, sausage, onion, and potatoes into a slow cooker, and stir to distribute evenly. Spoon the baked beans evenly over the mixture. Cover, and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours, or cook on High for 4 to 5 hours.
Slow Cooker French Dip**** Depends how many your feeding, can add another packet of au jus & another cup of water.
INGREDIENTS
3 pounds beef sirloin roast
1 (1 ounce) packet dry au jus mix
1 cup water
8 (1 ounce) slices provolone cheese
8 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
DIRECTIONS
Place the beef roast into a slow cooker. Stir together the water and au jus mix; pour over the roast. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove the roast from the slow cooker and shred or slice. Open the hoagie rolls and top with beef and provolone cheese. Serve with small bowls of the hot au jus from the slow cooker.
Beef & Beans
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can baked beans, undrained
1 (15.5 ounce) can butter beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
*** I add garlic 4 cloves chopped
DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to slow cooker. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or until heated through.
Slow Cooker Pot Roast
INGREDIENTS
4 pounds chuck roast
salt and pepper to taste
1 packet dry onion soup mix
11/2 cup water
3 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 stalk celery, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Take the chuck roast and season with salt and pepper to taste. Brown on all sides in a large skillet over high heat.
Place in the slow cooker and add the soup mix, water, carrots, onion, potatoes and celery.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
~ why is it when you just said you dont have alot of time to go on line and look up recipes,,,,people still answer with : go look up this site it will have alot of recipes for you. GRRRRRR.
My Recipe is 1 pot roast 4 lg carrots cut up 3 lg potatos cut up 1 med to small onion sliced 2 cans cream mushroom soup. Slow cook all day,,,,,soup makes its own gravy.
