Be sure you consider WHAT you are going to eat BEFORE you eat it, if you are worried about calories.
Well depends on which option you go with. It usally starts out with a cheese fondue served with veggies and such then a salad(skip on the dressing to save some cals) and then on to the main course. You can choose the seafood, beef,surf and turf..they have seceral options. Of course the red meats will be higher in calories than the seafood/chicken. Then comes the dessert with chocolate or butterscoth fondue which can really punch in some calories…..You can try and pick and choose things on the menu that are lower in calories but I say HEY if its a special occasion..everyone needs to splurge once in awhile!
