That defeats the purpose of going out. People go out for dinner when they have had a long day at work and don’t feel like cooking. Why drive all the way to a resturant to cook the food YOURSELF when you can do at home. One of the main reasons going to resturant is being catered to.
You cook them yourself, so have a basic knowledge of how long it takes for meat to be done in boiling oil etc. The raw food comes out on a plate and you use a skewer to put it in. basic fondue.
