The pharmacy sells something similar that’s not an actual pot but it does the same thing, it shoot saline solution into your nose……..I get sinusitis at least 3 times a year and it really helps. I’m sure your pharmacy should have it.

Hi I am also in a search for this item and I have found a Canadian website called they refer to it as a Nasal Cleansing Pot - Sinus Remedies. I hope this helps. I am going to check out some local places and if I find a chain that carries them I will let you know.
Googling “neti pot” while selecting (under where I typed the words to search for) that it search “Canada” sent me to ebay.ca

I just found out that minimum shipping for the American $25 package with super high quality salt (like hospitals use for I.V. drip bags) and solution is U.S.$16.38 (and Post Office would probably charge another $5 to collect taxes), so I’ll probably just order from Canada.

I saw the same show!! I used to use a neti pot for several years it does work great. However I have found an excellent natural alternative in canada the REALLY WORKS… Its called NeilMed’s Sinus Rinse, its has changed my life completely… I used to be an allergy and sinusitis sufferer…. but now… i have not got any symptoms in over a year now. I found Hydra Sense to be tooo expensive… what you get in one packet in the Sinus Rinse Kit… is equal to one hydra sense bottle and you get 50 packets with the Sinus Rinse Kit and it costs the same. I know NeilMed’s Sinus Rinse it available at Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall and Zellers in Canada
check out under yoga products. There are two kinds of neti pots there. They are not the same as the ones on Oprah but they are the same idea and will not break. They also give lots of info about the neti pots that is very interesting. I also saw the ceramic ones on e-bay but it was from an American source. Hope this helps you
