anonymous asked: I’ve read where people say that it feels good afterwards. But not actually how it feels.
How do you feel right before using the Neti Pot and immediately after?

A neti pot looks like a small watering can and is used to irrigate
The first time you use it you will probably freak out because it feels WEIRD! Just start with 1/2 a packet of the powder and slightly-warmer-than-lukewarm water. After a few times you’ll get used to it and it feels great after you’re done! It loosens all the mucus and crap in your sinuses so you just blow it right out.
The hardest part is trying not to inhale through your nose or swallow while you’re doing it, because then it goes down your throat and tastes nasty. I can’t really think of a good way to describe what it feels like, except maybe like getting water up your nose in the pool, except not that bad since you’re expecting it and it’s warmer.
BAHAHA..did you see that Oprah today? Cause I did.
It looks like it’ll feel good.
