I used a neti pot for the first time yesterday for a bad sinus problem that makes the upper molars on my right side feel like they’re falling out. This morning when I blew my nose–this is pretty gross–a LOT of brownish fluid came pouring out. Is that normal???! I can’t tell if that’s a sign that my yucky sinuses are getting cleaned out or if I need to go to the emergency room. Thanks for any feedback!
