i have one it just goes through your nose up through your sinuses and out the other nose. it tastes like salt but i would recomend the squirt one cuz its a lot easier
OMG its the best thing ever invented. you fill it with packets of saline mixed with warm water and lean your head to the side over the sink. you pour in the mixture in your nose and let it run out the other side. ( uncomfortable at first hitting the sinus, but then its fine). The saline works by gently opening your sinuses and cleaning them. I use it all the time when I have a sinus problem. it works great.
A perfect at-home solution! I believe you put warm salt water in it and then put it in one side of your nose, tip your head, and let it flow through to the other side of your nose and let it drain out in the sink.
it’s this thing to clear out your sinuses in case you have a serious and prolonged congestion problem. It goes up one nose, seemingly through your head and out the other. Your eyes water and it’s painful and you can’t tell whether your eyes are watering because your crying being destroyed by this thing or if its part of the procedure. Really it’s not fun and there is no guarantee it will help.
