I wouldn’t recommend that you put anything at all but water in your nose or ears, let alone echinacea. There’s nothing natural about that. Ask your naturopath if he/she can provide the proper clinical studies that show echinacea is safe to put in your nose or ears. You’ll never see them. Go to a medical doctor and get checked properly.
